Apr 25, 2005
This is a pilot year for PRM in using grants.gov. Therefore, the guidelines were posted on March 10, 2005 on the PRM website - www.state.gov/g/prm/fund/43222.htm - and the linkage to the e-grants portal could only be technically accomplished on April 22. Linkage to the portal provides applicants another route for sending proposals: for this fiscal year (2005), proposals can be sent directly to PRM/ECA.
